Village of Potter bans fireworks, continues burn ban amid drought concerns

No fireworks in Potter this year. The Village of Potter has banned the discharge of fireworks for 2026 and is keeping its burn ban in place until further notice as drought conditions and wildfire concerns continue across the Nebraska Panhandle.
