Freeze watch issued across Nebraska Panhandle region after weekend storms

From severe storms to a hard freeze. The National Weather Service has issued a Freeze Watch for the Nebraska Panhandle, eastern Wyoming and northeastern Colorado with temperatures possibly dropping into the teens by Tuesday morning.
