Hometown Liquor supports student travel club

Hometown Liquor and its customers donated $2,000 to the Sidney High School International Travel Club. Round Up donations in June will purchase Fair wristbands for underprivileged children.

$2,046 collected for Sidney High International Travel Club

SIDNEY -- The Round Up program at Hometown Liquor is supporting the Cheyenne County Fair in June.

Donations will purchase wristbands for this year's Fair for underprivileged children.

Customers have the opportunity to "round up" to the next dollar, or higher, at each purchase. The store matches the first $500 and rounds up to the next dollar for the final donation.

In the month of May, a total of 3,227 contributions were made for the Sidney High International Travel Club for a total of $1,545.31. As always, Hometown Liquor is matching the first $500, for a grand total of $2,045.31 rounded up to $2,046.
