Sedgwick County Health Center CEO to step down in March

JULESBURG, Colo. — Sedgwick County Health Center Chief Executive Officer Aidan Hettler announced he will step down from his position effective March 13, following a planned leadership transition, the health center said Friday.
Hettler has served as CEO since 2022 and will remain actively involved through his departure date to help ensure a smooth transition and organizational continuity.
“It has been a privilege to serve Sedgwick County Health Center and the communities we support,” Hettler said in a statement. “I am proud of the progress made during my tenure and remain committed to ensuring a stable and orderly transition for the organization.”
During his time as CEO, the health center advanced several initiatives focused on operational stability, service expansion, workforce development and infrastructure modernization, according to the release. Officials said those efforts supported the organization’s mission of providing high-quality care to the region.
The Sedgwick County Health Center Board of Trustees expressed appreciation for Hettler’s leadership and contributions. The board said it will work closely with senior leadership to implement a transition plan and determine next steps.
Details regarding interim leadership and the process for future recruitment will be announced as information becomes available.
