On July 5th,  a coordinated effort between the Thayer County Sheriff's Office and the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office resulted in a successful search warrant execution in Fairbury, Nebraska. The operation led to the arrest of Justin Vorderstrasse, a 30-year-old resident of Fairbury, who was subsequently transported to the Thayer County Jail.

Vorderstrasse faces multiple charges, including burglary, possession of burglary tools, theft by unlawful taking, and criminal mischief. These charges stem from evidence uncovered during the investigation.
