Winter weather hanging around, with another shot of snow likely

NORTH PLATTE, Neb. -- Parts of Nebraska saw up to six inches of weekend snow, and it it's not necessarily done.
Western and central Nebraska were hit particularly hard, with the Omaha metro area also seeing significant snowfall.
The winter weather conditions were significant enough to cause major closures on I-80 and Highway 30.
Kimball, Cheyenne, Banner, Garden, Deuel, Keith, Perkins, Chase, Hayes, Phillips, Dawson, Gosper, Phelps, Furnas, Harlan, Sherman, Thomas, Grant, Hooker, Cherry, Arthur, McPherson, Lincoln and Frontier Counties are in a winter weather advisory until early Tuesday morning.
The affected areas could see up to an additional five inches of snow.
Other parts of the state could see significant winter weather rolling in by mid-week.
