Eppley expecting good sized holiday crowds

So far, so good for this week’s holiday travel in and out of Eppley Airfield in Omaha.

Very few if any flight delays are being reported and, according to the airport’s website, first thing this morning there was still plenty of parking, with most of the available lots under 50 percent capacity.

According to an airport spokesperson, some 170 thousand passengers are expected at Eppley this Thanksgiving holiday.

You’re asked to be at the airport 2-hours before take-off and as always check with your airline before heading out the door.
