FULLERTON, Neb. -- A Platte County man was arrested on two separate warrants in less than a week, with both cases related to alleged stalking incidents.

According to the Nance County Sheriff's Office, deputies applied for the first arrest warrant on August 18th for Leslie E. Saner Jr., of Humphrey. That warrant included charges for stalking and five counts of second-degree criminal trespassing.

According to a Facebook post by the Nance County Sheriff's Office, the alleged incidents reportedly occurred between June and August of 2022.

Saner was arrested on the initial warrant by the Platte County Sheriff's Office on August 20. He posted bone and was released August 21.

A day later, Nance County deputies received information that Saner had reportedly continued to harass and stalk the same victim in August.

Deputies applied for another arrest warrant for stalking, second-degree criminal trespassing and violation of a protection order.

On Wednesday, Nance County deputies located Saner in Genoa and arrested him on the new warrant. He was housed in the Platte County Detention Facility on 1% of $50,000 bond.
