Columbus announces new fire chief

The Columbus Fire Department has announced a new fire chief.

COLUMBUS, Neb. -- The Columbus Fire Department has announced a new fire chief. 

Ryan Gray started at the Columbus Fire Department at the end of last month. 

He is coming to the CFD with 16 year of fire service in both career and volunteer roles. 

Gray says he wants to assure Columbus residents that he is here to provide the best service to the community is his new role.
