News Channel Nebraska Launches “Nebraska Supports Nebraska for Wildfire Relief” Campaign

NORFOLK, Neb. — As devastating wildfires continue to impact communities across Nebraska, News Channel Nebraska has launched a statewide initiative to help ranch families recover and rebuild.

The campaign, “Nebraska Supports Nebraska for Wildfire Relief,” is a coordinated effort across News Channel Nebraska’s television station, radio stations, and digital platforms to raise awareness and encourage donations to the Nebraska Sandhills Rancher Fire Relief Fund.

Wildfires have burned close to one million acres across Nebraska, devastating ranches, livestock operations, and the families who depend on the land for their livelihoods.

Funds raised through the campaign will go directly to the Nebraska Sandhills Rancher Fire Relief Fund, a nonprofit established to assist victims of the wildfires and support disaster recovery efforts across Nebraska. Donations help ranch families with critical recovery needs such as fencing, feed, and rebuilding infrastructure lost in the fires.
