Single-vehicle rollover reported on Highway 19 in Cheyenne County

Emergency crews responded to a reported single-vehicle rollover Friday night on Highway 19 in Cheyenne County.

SIDNEY, Neb. — Emergency responders were called to the scene of a single-vehicle rollover crash Friday evening on Highway 19 in Cheyenne County.


According to initial dispatch information, the accident was reported at 7:43 p.m. near the intersection of Road 20 and Highway 19. The reporting party told dispatch a white Dodge 2500 pickup had rolled into a ditch. The caller said they were unsure if they were injured and noted that no airbags had deployed.


An eyewitness reported the crash occurred on Highway 19 between Interstate 80 and U.S. Highway 30 and involved only one vehicle. The witness said the pickup rolled over and that at least one individual was transported from the scene by ambulance.


As of Saturday, no official information had been released by law enforcement or emergency officials, and injuries had not been confirmed.
