Brad Beahm - KHAS Radio 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Weekdays and Flood Communications Director of Engineering

Brad has been with the radio stations in Hastings since 2006. He's done just about everything- choosing and playing music on air, writing and recording commercials, news, sports, severe weather coverage, on-location broadcasts, and probably dozens of other things.

On a daily basis, Brad oversees all the tech operations that makes the 23 Flood Communications radio and News Channel Nebraska TV stations run. This involves setting up new and improved systems, fixing misbehaving equipment, and finding better ways to broadcast the stories of Nebraskans.

Brad is still heard on KHAS Radio from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. weekdays and often fills in in on Partyline when needed.

When not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife Jeniffer, neighbors, and dogs and cats. He plays golf, but isn't good enough to want to keep score.

They travel as much as possible. Family in all parts of the country, beautiful beaches, and remote mountains are all frequent destinations.

Brad is active in the community too. He currently serves on the Adams County Local Emergency Planning Committee and has served on the Hastings Public Library Advisory Board and Hastings Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
