NORFOLK, Neb. — The Nebraska Unicameral's 60-day legislative session is underway in Lincoln.

The body will be tasked with addressing another major budget shortfall, this one totaling more than $470 million over the two-year budget cycle. Gov. Jim Pillen has ideas on how to deal with the deficit while still working toward tax relief. He sat down with our Michael Shively for an extended visit.
