In the end, it was Wynot knocking off St. Mary's 71-60 to claim their first ever football state title.
St. Mary's quarterback Gage Hedstrom and Wynot quarterback Devin Brummer combined for over 700 yards passing and 13 touchdowns.
Blue Devils senior wideout Kotner Koch recorded a career high 265 recieving yards and four touchdowns - defenisvely, he added a pair of interceptions including the game sealer.
