SIDNEY, Neb. – Two men were arrested Sunday morning after the Sidney Police Department executed a search warrant near 19th Avenue and Newton Street.

According to authorities, officers carried out the warrant around 9 a.m. on Aug. 24. The operation was conducted without incident and no injuries were reported.

During the search, police recovered methamphetamine and marijuana. Kenneth Skow, 54, and Harley Becker, 42, were arrested and charged with felony possession of a controlled substance. A third man was detained but later released with a citation.

The case remains under investigation.
