2025 Kimball Longhorn All Class Reunion brings in nearly 500 participants

KIMBALL -- The first-ever 4-day-long Kimball All Class Reunion was a big success, bringing in nearly 500 participants.
The events that occurred from July 3-6 not only brought in those signed up but also their families and other community members attending the events like the Car Show, the Entrepreneur Market and Business Vendor Fair, the free swimming and games, and firetruck rides and watermelon feed at the park.
“I could not be happier,” said Reunion Coordinator Kim Baliman. “My heart is full. I had a vision, and I picked the right team, and we killed it.”
Baliman said it was heartwarming to see people who hadn’t seen each other in decades reconnect, and she saw every age range from 25 years old to 100 years old plus their families.
An amazing accomplishment from the reunion is that the Golf Tournament brought in $5,000, which will be used to create a scholarship to a trade school.
“When I started this 18 months ago, my goal was to showcase the community that I love, help all the businesses get a little bit of action, show off the school and the amazing things that are done in our public schools, help some of our service clubs make some money, and to bring the community together. I truly feel that my team and I did that,” Baliman said.
She has high hopes that another big reunion like this will happen in the future, but she is going to turn it over to the younger generation to keep it going.
