NORFOLK, Neb.-- Just months after Norfolk's city administrator stepped down, another high-level official is set to resign.
An agenda for Monday's city council meeting shows an agreement with City Attorney Danielle Myers-Noelle.
According to city documents, Myers-Noelle will resign at the end of July but will still serve as an independent legal adviser. It's a similar agreement to the one the city entered with former City Administrator Andy Colvin back in January.
City documents don't list a reason for Myers-Noelle's resignation. She's been with the city since 2018.
The Norfolk City Council is appointing Melissa Figueroa to the position on an interim basis.
