NORTH PLATTE, Neb. (KNOP) - The Ogallala teen charged in the death of another Keith County teen appeared in Lincoln County District Court Monday.
Addison Malone, 18, was charged with DUI motor vehicular homicide in the death of her passenger, 18-year-old Nathaniel Sandoval last summer.
An arraignment on amended information has been scheduled for July 14. Her attorney, Aaron Bishop, also recommended setting a date for a pretrial and jury trial.
A pretrial is scheduled for Aug. 11 at 10:30 a.m. with a jury trial starting July 14 at 10 a.m.
