Kimball resident arrested multiple times on possession charges

KIMBALL -- Thirty-three-year-old Alyssa Grapuensperger of Kimball was arrested for the second time on April 29 after being released on bond from a prior arrest April 20.
The Kimball County Sheriff’s Office received a complaint about a suspicious vehicle at the Oliver Reservoir. A deputy responded to the report, observing a motor home and a car parked at the lake – both registered to Grapuensperger.
The deputy conducted a bond search for the motor home she was driving and the car that 36-year-old Seth Maxwell of Wyoming was driving.
This search led to the discovery of controlled substances, and both subjects were arrested.
Grapuensperger was arrested for two counts of possession of a controlled substance (meth and fentanyl) and a bond violation.
Maxwell was arrested for possession of a controlled substance (psilocybin) and driving on a revoked license.
Grapuensperger was first arrested April 20 for possession of a controlled substance (meth) after a routine traffic stop. She bonded out a few days later but is still in custody following the second arrest.
Maxwell bonded out April 30.
Kimball County Sheriff’s Office states that all subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Kimball Police Department assisted with the April 29th arrest.
