Faith Regional gala raises over $200k to transform ENT care
NORFOLK, Neb. -- A sold-out crowd of 350 supporters rallied at the Faith Regional Health Services Foundation Gala, raising a staggering $202,815 to revolutionize Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) care in Norfolk. The annual gala shone a spotlight on ENT services, with proceeds earmarked for cutting-edge surgical equipment, including a specialized camera poised to restore critical functions and transform lives. Thanks to the community's generosity, local patients will gain access to faster diagnoses, advanced procedures, and improved outcomes, eliminating the need for lengthy and burdensome travel.
“One of the big things that we're really asking for is a special kind of state of the art camera for sinus surgery that gives us a 4K picture, and an extra contrast management to make surgery safer, more effective, and better overall for the patients,” said Faith Regional Health Services ENT Surgeon Justin Oltman.
“The importance this camera offers so much. It is the state of the art for sinus care and sinus surgeries for our patients in and around this area, said Faith Regional Health Services ENT Surgeon Eric Rohe. “They are able to get the state of the art help, and the most up to date treatments at home, rather than traveling a long ways away.”
