NEBRASKA -- Nebraska is about to remind the citizens that it's still winter in the state.

The northcentral and northwestern part of the state are seeing a blizzard warning starting Monday afternoon and ending Wednesday around noon.

Much of the rest of the state is looking at a winter storm watch from Monday afternoon until Tuesday evening.

Travel is to be restricted to emergencies only. If you must travel, have a winter survival kit with you. If you get stranded, stay with your vehicle.

Call or check Nebraska 511 for the latest road condition information.
