Papillion man arrested for BAC four times over the legal limit
Law enforcement in northeast Nebraska arrested a 49-year-old Papillion man after he blew four times the legal limit.

STANTON, Neb. -- Law enforcement in northeast Nebraska arrested a 49-year-old Papillion man after he blew four times the legal limit.
The Stanton County Sheriff's Office said they arrested Eric Johnson on Monday afternoon.
They found Johnson's pickup had slid off Highway 57 in Stanton, and he was lying outside of the pickup.
Johnson seemed to be intoxicated.
He was arrested for aggravated driving while intoxicated after his BAC was tested to be four times the legal limit.
Johnson said that he was heading to Norfolk from Omaha at the time of his arrest.
