NORFOLK - A Norfolk man is in jail accused of using a camera to spy on a downstairs neighbor.

Kurtis Kleinschmit, 49, was arrested on Sunday.

Norfolk Police say they were called on July 31 by a woman who said she found a camera in a bedroom vent in her apartment.

The camera originated from the upstairs apartment where Kleinschmit lives.

Norfolk PD said a search of Kleinschmit's apartment turned up multiple cameras and other video monitoring equipment, along with methamphetamine.

He's housed in the Madison County Jail facing numerous charges.
