NORTH PLATTE, Neb. (KNOP) - Police said they arrested four people after finding meth and more than 450 fentanyl pills inside a North Platte home on Saturday.

The North Platte Police Department executed a search warrant at a home on South Walnut Street after an investigation into a report of narcotics violations at the home.

During a search, officers seized 4.8 ounces of methamphetamine and 463 pills containing fentanyl, police said.

According to police, a child was also removed from the home and placed into safe living conditions.

NPPD arrested and charged the occupants of the home: 23-year-old Terry Barthel, 20-year-old Adrian Kuhlmann, 30-year-old Armani Vieyra and 44-year-old Twila Hamilton on suspicion of distribution or possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, distribute or possession with intent to distribute a schedule I, II, or III controlled substance – fentanyl and child abuse.
