Appreciation pheasant hunt held in Cheyenne County for military veterans

CHEYENNE COUNTY - Military veterans from across the country were in rural Cheyenne County for Saturday's pheasant opener in Nebraska. 

Justin Langley, of Sidney, has hosted the annual Military Veterans Appreciation Hunt for 10 years. The day consisted of hunting pheasants and quail during the season's first snow, a chili lunch while watching Husker football and live music from Mud County Saturday night at the Sidney Elk's Lodge.
