FREMONT, Neb. -- The Nebraska State Patrol said investigators have arrested a Fremont man following a child exploitation investigation.

Investigators with the NSP Tech Crimes Unit, with help from Homeland Security, said they arrested 54-year-old Eugene Kinnear on 10 counts of possession of child pornography and one count of violation of the sex offender registration act.
