PCSO investigate theft of irrigation equipment, supplies in Platte County
The Platte County Sheriff's Office is asking for information about a theft of $35,000 worth of irrigation equipment and supplies.

COLUMBUS, Neb. -- The Platte County Sheriff's Office is asking for information about a theft of $35,000 worth of irrigation equipment and supplies.
PCSO said multiple pivot irrigation equipment and supplies were reportedly stolen on Jan. 25. The reported supplies stolen included cables, conductors, sprinklers, and mounting hardware.
Officers said the pivot was in the process of being put together in a field that was three miles east of Columbus. The reported total loss of the equipment and supplies is $35,000.
This incident is currently under investigation and anyone with information can contact PCSO or the Platte County Area Crime Stoppers.
