Minnesota man, Brett Kurth, has been arrested in eastern Nebraska

Authorities in eastern Nebraska have arrested a Minnesota man who fled after a pursuit over the weekend.

FREMONT, Neb. -- Authorities in eastern Nebraska have arrested a Minnesota man who fled after a pursuit over the weekend. 

The Dodge County Sheriff's Office said they arrested, 29-year-old, Brett Kurth on Tuesday in Fremont. 

He was taken into custody without incident.

He was originally reported as a potentially armed and dangerous man when he fled from authorities driving a stolen car. 

They said he fled on foot after the pursuit ended near the Dodge County Courthouse. 

Authorities said, 31-year-old, Nichole Croan of Fremont was also arrested for false reporting.
