Nominations due soon for agribusiness awards

COLUMBUS -- Columbus is collecting nominations for its Rural Recognition Banquet.

Nominations can be submitted on the chamber's website, due December 13.

You can nominate people for outstanding farming, an outstanding woman in agriculture, a senior farmer, or an agro-business pioneer, as the Chamber of Commerce said.

"I feel like it's going to be a great year, we're hoping for a good turnout," Chamber President

This year will also honor last year's nominees as the ceremony was cancelled last year due to the pandemic. A ceremony in March will honor four award winners.
