NEBRASKA PANHANDLE — With more than 230 vendors and 70 advertisers, the first-ever Panhandle Frontier Finds will offer shoppers a wide variety of unique items, small town charm and back road journeys.

Slated for June 5-7, Panhandle Frontier Finds aims to bring together communities, vendors, and travelers for a three-day, multi-county celebration of the region’s creativity, culture, and commerce. Communities in every region of the Panhandle have registered sales. Treasures range from artwork, vintage dishes, and collectible toys to tools, crafts and homemade goodies and so much more.

“The Frontier Finds team is excited to see its work, which started last fall, come to fruition,” said Jo Wells, board chairman. “We look forward to welcoming visitors to western Nebraska, showcasing the region and all it has to offer and spotlighting our vendors and communities.”

The official Panhandle Frontier Finds Trail Guide is in production now and will be available in limited quantities throughout the region in May. The Trail Guide, which will also be available online, will help shoppers determine their routes, guiding them to individual vendors, multi-vendor locations, food and places to stay.

Interested vendors who missed the deadline for the printed Trail Guide can still sign up to take part. Late registrations are due by April 30 and will be featured in an online-only supplemental guide that shoppers will be able to pair with the official Trail Guide for more treasure hunting.
