LINCOLN, Neb. - Nebraska four-star quarterback commit Trae Taylor will play his senior year of high school in Nebraska. 

Quarterback Trae Taylor is leaving Mt. Carmel High School (Ill.) and transferring to Millard South. During his junior campaign, Taylor threw for 3,571 yards and 38 touchdowns with just three interceptions. He also ran the ball for a dozen scores, rushing for 633 yards. 

 

Taylor is the overall No. 36 prospect in the country according to 247Sports in the 2027 class and the No. 4 quarterback in the country. 

Millard South dominated the Class A ranks last season, en route to a state championship.
