Colorado man extradited to Nebraska in I-80 fatal crash case

KEARNEY, Neb. - A Colorado man has been extradited to Central Nebraska and arrested in connection with a fatal car incident that occurred more than four months ago.
Buffalo County prosecutors say 27-year-old Mace Quint of Sterling, Colorado unintentionally killed Viacheslav Nadolinski while driving on April 21st on I-80 near Elm Creek.
Specific details regarding the incident have been sealed by the court.
A complaint and arrest warrant were first filed in Buffalo County Court on August 21, four months after the alleged crime took place.
Quint was officially arrested and charged on Wednesday for one misdemeanor count of motor vehicle homicide, where he was assigned a $1,500 bond which he posted.
Quint signed a document saying he will return to Nebraska when necessary for court, including for an upcoming hearing on October 15.
