SIDNEY, Neb. — Country music star Hunter Hayes will headline the 2025 Cheyenne County Fair & Rodeo on Friday, July 25, bringing a high-energy concert to the weeklong event in Sidney from July 19-26.

A Grammy-nominated, multi-platinum artist, Hayes is known for hits like "Wanted," "I Want Crazy" and "Somebody’s Heartbreak." With over 2 billion global streams, the Louisiana native has shared the stage with Taylor Swift and Carrie Underwood and headlined sold-out shows across the U.S., Canada, Europe and Asia.

The fair lineup this summer is packed with events leading up to the concert. The PRCA Rodeo with Cervi Championship Rodeo kicks things off on Tuesday, July 22. On Wednesday, July 23, the Rubber Check Race delivers a high-speed, blooper-filled event honoring Military & First Responders, followed by goat roping in the beer garden. Thursday, July 24, brings the NSPA Truck & Tractor Pull. The fair wraps up with the "Rumble on the Rails" Demolition Derby & Lawnmower Races on Saturday, July 26.

The Midway Carnival, running July 24-26, will offer rides, games and classic fair food for all ages.
