New owners of Valentine area coffee trailer announce plans

VALENTINE, Neb. - The coffee trailer driving around the Valentine area will soon be under new ownership. Tonia Kaup is purchasing what was formerly known as NC Coffee, renaming the business Be Filled.
“I like interacting with people and being able to possibly offer encouragement to them for their day,” Kaup told News Channel Nebraska.
Kaup and her daughter Ruthie have been working for the previous owners, who announced they would be moving a few months ago.
“We got positive feedback on the product, the roasted espresso, and the convenience and uniqueness. I think we should see that continue in the community,” said Kaup.
The coffee trailer will primarily be stationed along Highway 20, except when traveling to special events like the Nebraska High School Rodeo Finals. Kaup plans to start serving up specialty drinks—including espresso, smoothies, and fresh-baked treats—this spring, depending on the weather. Breakfast burritos will also be on the menu, along with an expanded selection of drink flavors.
“We’ll also focus more heavily on the summer months when the weather is warmer, and tourists are in town,” said Kaup.
