PINE BLUFFS, Wyo. (NCN) — The Pine Bluffs Police Department recognized an organization dedicated to protecting police dogs after one of its own K9 officers received a life-saving donation.
Protecting K9 Heroes, a nonprofit that provides ballistic patrol vests, emergency Narcan and trauma kits for working police dogs, recently donated a ballistic patrol vest to K9 Macklin of the Pine Bluffs Police Department.
“We are excited to announce that K9 Macklin received a ballistic patrol vest, donated by Protecting K9 Heroes,” K9 Macklin’s handler, Officer Miller, said. “Thank you to Ragnar Defense for getting us partnered with them!”
