LINCOLN, Neb. — The Boone Central Cardinals’s defense holds the Wahoo Warriors scoreless as they claim the class C-1 state title. 

The Cardinals held the Warriors to 76 yards in the contest and forced two fumbles and an interception. 

Senior Parker Borer reached the 2,000 yard mark in his season with a 127 yard and two touchdown outing in Memorial Stadium. 

Wahoo’s Noah Bordvosky led the way for the Warriors with 58 rushing yards on the day.
