ALBION, Neb. -- An exciting summer event is returning to Boone County.

The Boone County Fair will be returning to Albion this summer from July 9th to the 13th.

The fair will celebrate the county by letting residents display their livestock and crops with fairgoers as well as letting artists display their special projects and paintings.

There will be a number of classic fair specialties returning such as a carnival, food trucks, and rides.

Organizers said that on Tuesday night, the fair will be holding a music concert featuring Muscadine Bloodline who will open for Tyler Farr.

Boone County Fair President Cody Gulbrandson said the fair has something for everyone.

"It's going to be a lot of fun," Gulbrandson said. "A lot of time and effort went into planning this fair for the community and we are really looking forward to seeing everybody come out and enjoy it. I think they are going to see some old staple events and I think they'll see some new ones coming. It's going to be a good show and there is something for everybody."

Gulbrandson said that the other events at the fair will include a junior rodeo, a tractor pull, and a show put on by the ATV Big Air Tour.
