Troopers arrest Morrill man after incident at Sioux County feedlot

Authorities in northwest Nebraska are investigating an incident where a man was arrested for threatening two people with a knife at a Sioux County Feedlot shortly after 9 a.m. Friday.

SIOUX COUNTY - Authorities in northwest Nebraska are investigating an incident where a man was arrested for threatening two people with a knife at a Sioux County Feedlot shortly after 9 a.m. Friday. 

Nebraska State Patrol spokesman Cody Thomas says Alden Hill, 49, of Morrill, is accused of making terroristic threats, possession of a deadly weapon by a prohibited person, use of a weapon to commit a felony, sex offender registry violation, and other charges.

Hill was arrested without incident with knife in his possession at a business in Morrill. He was lodged into the Scotts Bluff County Jail. 

The Scotts Bluff and Sioux County Sheriff's offices also responded to the scene.
