KIMBALL -- The community is invited to shop local small businesses and have a meet-and-greet with Santa this weekend for the Holiday Craft-Aganza.

The craft show will be held at The Sagebrush from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. on Dec. 6 and will feature over 25 small businesses local to Kimball or the immediate area, including a couple of young entrepreneurs.

Families will also have the opportunity to bring their kids to take pictures with Santa from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.

I feel like we had a few more businesses sign up last year; however, we have some new faces this year with more variety,” said Organizer Amber Schadegg. “The foot traffic from the community has been good the past couple of years, and I’m optimistic that it will be the same again this year."

The show will include permanent jewelry, decor, handmade items, baked goods, jewelry, crystals and more.

“My main reason for doing this each year is the joy it brings to people. When you walk through seeing the community gathered to support these small businesses, it brings a sense of joy,” Schadegg said. “As the daughter of a small business owner, it hits home to shop local. Putting on the event makes it easier for people to support these businesses."
