NORFOLK, Neb. -- The Norfolk Police Division arrested a 33-year-old man after a suspicious vehicle report.

NPD said they were called to a home in the 800 block of South Eighth Street for a suspicious vehicle.

The caller said that Luis J. Morales, of Norfolk, was circling the home and ended up parking near the garage with the vehicle lights turned off.

Police found that Morales' license was recently revoked.

NPD officers found the vehicle and tried to pull Morales over, but he refused.

Morales fled, speeding through residential areas.

NPD said additional officers responded, where they found Morales parking his vehicle in a garage at his home. They reported seeing the vehicle in the garage as the door started to close.

Police said they also saw Morales entering his home. Using a public address speaker, officers asked Morales to leave his home.

After sometime, the owner of the home and a relative of Morales', allowed NPD officers to enter the home.

Morales was found and arrested in the home.

He was arrested for driving during revocation, operating a motor vehicle to avoid arrest, willful reckless driving, and obstructing a peace officer.

He is now in Madison County Jail.
