Firefighters respond to Harlan Street fire

FALLS CITY –Falls City volunteer firefighters responded to a truck fire near 10th and Harlan streets Saturday morning.

The dash of a low-mileage diesel pickup truck caught fire and burned through the center. The interior fire was put out with an extinguisher.

A damage estimate is yet to be determined for the vehicle, which is reportedly owned by Jacob Rieger.
